Branding, identity, naming, and web design
Pico is a web app that makes goal-tracking and professional growth easy and fun. Intended to be used within a professional context, Pico helps employees stay on track with their professional goals, and it gives managers easy insight into how their direct reports are developing. 

Pico founder Dustin Coates and I worked closely together on this project, where I served as lead designer. I created not only the overall brand identity of the product — including color scheme, iconography, visual identity, and the name — but worked on developing a holistic user path, from marketing material through to the functionality of the product itself.
